A Pre-Screen Meeting was held on May 28, 2019. Tejpal (Paul) S. Hansra attended for
Applicants and Mr. Clark Close, City Planner, attended for the City of Renton.
Mr. Hansra and Mr. Close discussed the variance application submittal requirements and the
status of completion of such requirements by Applicants. Mr. Close suggested that some
changes be made to the draft Site Plan in order to add clarity. Furthermore, in view of the
particulars of the project, Mr. Close also indicated which items of the Variance Application
would be waived (subject to review by engineering).
On May 29, 2019, a completed Waiver Form was forwarded to Applicants via email by Mr.
Close and is included with this Variance Application.
