Environmental Documents that Evaluate the Proposed Project: Sunset Area Planned Action EIS   Development Regulations Used For Project Mitigation: The project will be subject to the City’s SEPA ordinance, Title IV Renton Municipal Code and other applicable codes and regulations as appropriate.
