The security device must be in place with the City prior to sign off of the civil construction permit and the recording of the final plat.According to City code, you have 15 days from the date of this letter to appeal the administrative determination. Appeals are to be filed in writing with the City Clerk and require a filing fee based on the current City of Renton Fee schedule.
