The Environmental Review Committee has issued a Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) for
the following project under the authority of the Renton municipal code.
RTC TIG Addition
LUA19-000115
Location: 401 Monroe Ave NE. The applicant, Renton Technical College, is requesting Administrative Site
Plan Review, SEPA Review, and a street modification to construct a 295 sq. ft. addition to a building on the
Renton Technical College campus. The parcel is located in the CA zone and Urban Design District D. No
trees and vegetation would be removed as part of the project.
Appeals of the DNS must be filed in writing on or before 5:00 p.m. on July 12, 2019. Appeals must be
filed in writing together with the required fee with: Hearing Examiner c/o City Clerk, City of Renton, 1055
South Grady Way, Renton, WA 98057. Appeals to the Hearing Examiner are governed by RMC 4-8-110 and
more information may be obtained from the Renton City Clerk's Office, 425-430-6510.
