Puget Sound Access Lease—3�d Amendment
(March 27, 2017)
The Committee of the Whole recommends concurrence in the staff recommendation to
approve the 3rd addendum to the lease (LAG-13-001) with Puget Sound Access (PSA) in
order to provide PSA $40,000 in consideration for its continued management of Carco
Theatre's operation in 2017.
