We are looking to build an auto repair facility for our dealership. It will include
vehicle lifts and a car washing area. All car washing will be done over a drain that
is attached to an oil/water separator. The separator will not be visible as it will
be partially below ground and the top portion encased in a cement wall. All other
improvements will be done inside the building. There is no water near the
site. There are no changes being made that will effect drainage. The total
construction and equipment installation cost will be around $250,000. There will be
no trees removed or changes made to the landscaping. There will be no offsite
improvements. Road access off of Lind Ave sw will not change. The Land use permit
application has already been submitted to City of Renton and we have been granted TUP
by City of Renton. The property was used before as a warehouse and was zoned
commercial and will remain the same.
