Linda M Mills,being first duly sworn on oath that she is the Legal
Advertising Representative of the
Renton Reporter
a weekly newspaper,which newspaper is a legal newspaper of
general circulation and is now and has been for more than six months
prior to the date of publication hereinafter referred to,published in
the English language continuously as a weekly newspaper in King
County,Washington.The Renton Reporter has been approved as
a Legal Newspaper by order of the Superior Court of the State of
Washington for King County.

of the Renton Reporter (and not in supplement form)which was

project under the authority of the
Renton municipal code
Pan Abode Partial Demolition
LUA 18-000042
Location:4350 Lake Washington
Blvd N.Applicant proposes to
demolish two dilapidated build
ings at the former Pan Abode
site.Building A is I L733 sf and
Building B is 2.420 sf in size,
Two existing pits.within Build
ing A.would be filled with
roughly 3.3 cy of clean gravel.
Building foundations would re
main follotving demolition.The
site is zoned COR and southem
portions of the parcel are located
tvithin the regulated shorelines.
Other critical areas include
high seismic hazards and flood
hazards.
Appeals of the DNS-M must
be filed in writing on or before
5:00 p.m.on March 02,2018.
