Linda M Mills,being first duly sworn on oath that she is the Legal
Advertising Representative of the
Renton Reporter
a weekly newspaper,which newspaper is a legal newspaper of
general circulation and is now and has been for more than six months
prior to the date of publication hereinafter referred to,published in
the English language continuously as a weekly newspaper in King
County,Washington.The Renton Reporter has been approved as
a Legal Newspaper by order of the Superior Court of the State of
Washington for King County.

The applicant is requesting site
plan approval for a proposed ad
dition to the existing Merrill Gar
dens facility located at 104 Bur
nett Ave S.The proposed 6-sto
ry addition would add 30 addi
tional units of assisted living,24
memory care units,and associat
ed improvements on the Wil
liams Ave S frontage of the sub
ject property.
Appeals of the DNS-M must
be filed in writing on or before
5:00 p.m.on January 26,2018.
