The full amount of the fee charged for said foregoing publication is the suinof $122.50. —‘finda Mills NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING RENTON HEARING EXA1t INER RENTON,WASHINGTON A public hearing will be held by the Renton Hearing Examiner in the Council Chambers on the seventh floor of the Renton City Hall,1055 South Grady Way, kenton,Washington.on Novem ber 12,2017 at 11:00 am to con sider the following petitions: WSDOT Pavement Rehabilitation Noise Variance for SB 1-405,SR 900 to Coal Creek Pkwy SE LUA 17-000492,V-H Location:MP 4.00 (at the vicin ity of NE 3rd Street)to MP 7.99 (at the northern limits of the city of Renton)Description:WSDOT is requesting a noise variance to allow for 30 non-consecutive nights of work between March 1, 2018 and December 31.2018 for roadway pavement rehabilitation and repairs.Work will occur along 1-405 in the southbound di rection within state right-of-way. The WSDOT project is located along Interstate 405 from Mile Post 4.00 to Mile Post 10.18 in Renton,King County,Newcastle and Bellevue.However,the noise variance is for the project work located within the city lim its of Renton from MP 4.00 (at the vicinity of NE 3rd Street)to MP 7.99 (at the northern limits of the city of kenton),Also includ ed is the repaving of the ramps at N 30th Street and NE Park Drive.This project will grind and overlay the southbound outside lane of I-405 with 0.15’of HMA and replace traffic loops Legal descriptions of the files noted above are on file in the City Clerk’s Office.Seventh Floor,City Hall.kenton.All in terested persons are invited to be present at the Public Hearing to express their opinions.Questions should be directed to the Hearing Examiner at 425-430-6515.
