Dear Bergman:
The City of Renton has completed the initial review of your proposed lot line adjustment. The subject properties
are located at 1095 Lake Washington Blvd N (APN 0823059178) and 1031 Lake Washington Blvd N (APN
0823059191 per LUA-98-176-LLA). The following changes will be necessary in order for the City to approve your
proposal:
1. See redline comments on Sheets 1 and 2 of the attached Lot Line Adjustment Plan.
Once these changes have been completed, please email me the revised lot line adjustment plan. The revised plan
will be routed for final review and you will be notified when it is appropriate to submit the final signed documents.
