I-405 N to E Rainer Ave S/E Valley Rd., E Valley Rd exit from WA-167 S. SW 43rd St and S Carr Rd to 108th Ave SE in Cascade-Fairwood, Left onto E Rainier Ave S/E Valley Rd, Left onto S 180th St/SW 43rd St, Continue onto S Carr Rd, Right onto 105th Pl SE, 105th Pl SE turns slightly left and becomes SE 180th St, Left onto 108th Ave SE, Project site on right. · Measures to be implemented to minimize dust, traffic, and transportation impacts, erosion, mud, noise, and other characteristics. The greatest dust causing activities (earthwork), is anticipated to be done during historically wet months (Oct – Nov), so dust control measures are expected to be low. However, dust will be mitigated through garden houses as required. Erosion control silt fence, hay, and catch basin “socks” will be utilized for onsite erosion control. Contractor will also follow Erosion control measures detailed and identified in the Civil TESC plan. High noise-generating activities will follow the following schedule: Activity When Duration Sawcutting 8AM - 4PM Varies Jackhammer 8AM - 4PM Varies Demolition 7AM - 4PM Varies Compactors 7AM - 4PM Varies Power tools (saws, nail guns, compressors, etc.) 7AM – 4PM Varies · Any special hours proposed for construction hauling (i.e. weekends, late nights) Due to relatively small size of project, there won’t be any material deliveries of significant size or carrier Renton Dental Arts May 15, 2017 Page 2 that will require special hours for construction hauling. · Preliminary traffic control plan. There isn’t any work being done in City ROW. Therefore, the need to reroute or slow traffic will not be required. All work will be constructed and staged within the property lines.
