BILL OF SALE AMENDMENT
BETWEEN
WARREN BARBER&FONTES,P.S.AND THE CITY OF RENTON
KNOW ALL MEN BY THOSE PRESENT that WARREN BARBER&FONTES,P.S., P.O.Box
626, Renton,WA 98057(hereinafter referred to as"SELLER"),does execute this Bill of Sale
Addendum,consideration for which is hereby acknowledged by the CITY OF RENTON
(hereinafter referred to as"BUYER"). This AMENDMENT is to that certain BILL OF SALE entered
into by the above SELLER and BUYER dated,April 22,2009. This BILL OF SALE is amended to
reflect the fact that SELLER neglected to include the items listed on Exhibit A to this
AMENDMENT in the original BILL OF SALE dated April 22,2009.
BUYER hereby acknowledges the receipt and sufficiency of the art work,glass pieces,
metal pieces,and paintings that SELLER has granted,bargained,sold,conveyed transferred,
and/or delivered to BUYER. By these present,SELLER does bargain,sell,grant,convey,transfer,
and/or deliver unto BUYER the art work,glass pieces, metal pieces,and paintings identified on
the list attached hereto as EXHIBIT A,and which is fully incorporated by reference into this BILL ,
OF SALE AMENDMENT.
SELLER does hereby warrant and represent to BUYER that the title conveyed to the art
work, glass pieces,metal pieces,and paintings is good,and that the aforesaid art work,glass
• pieces, metal pieces,and paintings is delivered free from any security interest or other lien or
encumbrance.
SELLER,for SELLER and for SELLER'S agents,executors,administrators and assigns,
covenants and agrees with BUYER to warrant and defend title to the aforesaid art work,glass
pieces, metal pieces,and paintings hereby bargain,sold,granted,conveyed,transferred,or
delivered to the BUYER,and its assigns, against all and every person or persons whomsoever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,SELLER has hereunto executed and delivered this BILL OF SALE
