This letter acknowledges that I, Anna Johnson, as representative of WCSD 16950 116th Ave SE, LLC, understand and accept
the risks of developing in a potentially unstable area, and upon having knowledge of any prospective purchasers of that
portion of the property that is under its control or structures or portions of structures thereon, I or it will disclose to such
prospective purchaser any known unstable areas on the property.
