SUBJECT: "Off Hold" and Application Withdrawal Notice
K-12 Public Charter School, LUA19-000035, CU-H, ECF, SA-H
Dear Ms. Johnson,
Your project, Excel Public Charter School, was put on hold on March 21, 2019 pending a request for
additional traffic analysis. Per your request on June 12, 2019, the application for the Excel Charter School
Conditional Use Permit, Site Plan Review, and Environmental Review (SEPA) was withdrawn.
You submitted a new application for a different school on the same site on August 7, 2019. Therefore,
the new school project will be re-noticed and subject to a new public comment period and review period.
Your original project has been taken off hold and subsequently withdrawn. The City will begin review of
the new school proposal under the same Land Use project number, using K-12 Public Charter School as
the new project name.
The K-12 Public Charter School Conditional Use, Site Plan and Environmental Review has been
rescheduled for ERC on September 9, 2019 and is tentatively scheduled to go before the Hearing
Examiner on October 8, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. If you have any questions, please contact me at (425) 430-
