King County;Situate in the NE Quarter of Section 13,Township 23 North,Range 4 East in the County of King,State of
Washington
WHEREAS the City of Renton has constructed utility facilities that provide benefit to the property owner's property; and
WHEREAS Special Assessment District 0023 was established by Ordinance No(4967)recorded under King County
Recording Number No(20020610000006); and
WHEREAS the Owner has agreed to pay,in annual payments,the amount of the Special Assessments for utility connection
in the original amount of$11,608.84; and
WHEREAS the agreement provides for a lien against the property,a penalty and interest for late payments,and attorney
fees and costs for collection; and
WHEREAS the agreement provides that upon sale or re-finance of the property the then remaining balance is due and
payable;
NOW THEREFORE the Owner and the City of Renton hereby provide notice of their mutual agreement. For current

CITY OF RENTON
CONTRACT FOR PAYMENT OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT CHARGE
This contract is entered into this 7 day of ,ri/ ,c1-0/5-,—by Robert L. Horton, ("the Owner(s)") of the
following described real property:
Legal Description: See Attached Parcel Number 214480-0345
Site Address: 7832 S. Langston Rd, Seattle, WA 98178
Mailing Address: 7832 S. Langston Rd, Seattle, WA 98178
Special Assessment District Number 0023 Amount $11,608.84 (80th Ave S)
Total Special Assessment District Amount $ 11,608.84
In consideration for the City issuing a utility connection permit to the Owner(s), and in additional to paying any
other costs required by the Renton Municipal Code (RMC) and fulfilling any other requirements of the RMC,the
Owner(s) hereby agrees to pay to the City the Owner(s) equitable share of the established costs of the sewer
extension which benefits the Property which is calculated to be $ 11,608.84 plus interest at 1.03% per annum
(collectively, referred to as "the Charge"). The Charge will be paid in 5 successive annual installments beginning
one year from the date of this Contract. Payments shall be made to the following address:

Renton,WA 98057
The Owner(s) shall receive notice by the City of the exact amount due for that installment of the Charge and the
date the payment is due. If this day falls on a weekend or holiday, payment is due on the following business day.
The property owner(s) will receive notice of the exact amount due at least 30 days prior to the payment due date
each year. A late fee of$50 will be charged if the payment is not received by the due date. In addition, interest of
10% per annum will accrue monthly beginning 30 days after the payment due date.
There will be no prepayment penalty applied if the unpaid balance is paid in full prior to the 5-year term as set in
this contract.
The Charge, or any unpaid balance, is secured by a lien upon the Property, granted hereby by owner(s) to the
City of Renton, until fully paid and, in any event, must be paid in full at the time of closing upon sale or refinance
of the Property whether or not the Property has been connected to the sewer extension.
In the event a payment in the exact amount billed by the City is not received by the City on or before the annual
due date, the City may foreclose the lien, sue upon this contract, or pursue any other remedy allowed by law.
Interest on any unpaid balance will continue to accrue at all times until paid in full. Owner(s) further agrees that
the City is entitled to recover its costs of collection, including attorney's fees, should the City deem it necessary to
pursue collection.
