That portion of Lot 1, Block, 17,, Earlington Acre Tracts, according to the plat thereof recorded in
Volume 15 of Plats at page 84, records of King County,Washington, described a follows, to wit.
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 1, Thence Southeasterly along the East side of Street
fronting said property a distance of 75.00 feet, Thence Easterly a distance of 59.00 feet, Thence
Northerly to a point on the North line of said Lot 1, a distance of 83.00 feet East, Thence Westerly to
the Point of Beginning, Situate in the County of King, State of Washington.
WHEREAS the City of Renton has constructed utility facilities that provide benefit to the property owner's property; and
WHEREAS Special Assessment District 0023 was established by Ordinance No(4967).recorded under King County
Recording Number 20020610000006 and;
WHEREAS the Owner has agreed to pay,in annual payments,the amount of the Special Assessments for utility connection
in the original amount of$10.865.10; and
WHEREAS the agreement provides for a lien against the property,a penalty and interest for late payments,and attorney
fees and costs for collection; and
WHEREAS the agreement provides that upon sale or re-finance of the property the then remaining balance is due and
payable;
NOW THEREFORE the Owner and the City of Renton hereby provide notice of their mutual agreement. For current
