THIS AGREEMENT is entered into between and among the owners, their grantees,
successors and assigns of lots and property within the tract of real property legally described
as follows:
LOTS 1, 2, AND 3, BLOCK 22, EXCEPT THE EAST 8 FEET THEREOF, TOWN OF RENTON,ACCORDING TO
THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN VOLUME 1 OF PLATS, PAGE 135, IN KING COUNTY, WASHINGTON;
EXCEPT THE 8 FEET CONVEYED TO THE CITY OF RENTON BY DEED RECORDED UNDER RECORDING
NUMBER 2418126.
This Hold Harmless Agreement and the covenants herein contained shall run with the land
and are binding upon all subsequent owners thereof, as long as those owners make use of
the right of way which owner(s) have been permitted to use by the City of Renton
Temporary Use Permit. That right of way permitted to be used by owner(s) is legally
described as follows:
THAT PORTION OF THE SOUTHERLY 3 FEET IN WIDTH OF SOUTH 2ND STREET ADJOINING LOT 1,
BLOCK 22, TOWN OF RENTON, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN VOLUME 1 OF
PLATS, PAGE 135, RECORDS OF KING COUNTY,WASHINGTON.
AND ALSO THE EASTERLY 3 FEET IN WIDTH OF WILLIAMS AVENUE SOUTH ADJOINING LOTS 1, 2 AND
3, BLOCK 22, TOWN OF RENTON, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN VOLUME 1 OF
PLATS, PAGE 135, RECORDS OF KING COUNTY, WASHINGTON.
This Hold Harmless Agreement is designed to relieve the City of Renton on any and all
legal and financial responsibility for problems caused by owner(s)use of the right of way.
Grantors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Renton and all its employees,
officers, and attorneys from any and all claims of damage, demands, suits, injuries or losses
including attorneys fees or problems of any kind or nature caused by the use of such right of
way, whether under permit or not.

In the event any claim is made against the City of Renton or any action is commenced by
any party naming the City of Renton as a defendant due to or related to the use of such right
of way, Grantors agree to defend that claim or action, including all expenses and attorney's
fees incurred at arbitration,trial or on appeal.
