THIS AGREEMENT is entered into between and among the owners,their grantees,
successors and assigns of lots and property within the tract of real property legally described

This Hold Harmless Agreement and the covenants herein contained shall run with the land
and are binding upon all subsequent owners thereof,as long as those owners make use of
the right of way which owner(s)have been permitted to use by the City of Renton
Temporary Use Permit. That right of way permitted to be used by owner(s)is legally
described as follows:

View Ave,within the SEA of Section 31-24-5,W.M,in the City of Renton,King County,
Washington. See Exhibit A.
This Hold Harmless Agreement is designed to relieve the City of Renton on any and all
legal and financial responsibility for problems caused by owner(s)use of the right of way.
Grantorsagreeto-indemnify and hold harmless the City of Renton and all its employees, _
officers,and attorneys from any and all claims of damage,demands, suits, injuries or losses
including attorneys fees or problems of any kind or nature caused by the use of such right of
way,whether under permit or not.
