SUBJECT: REQUEST FOR SIGNED DOCUMENTS AND NOTICE OF LOT COMBINATION APPROVAL
LUA19-000116 / Chick-fil-A Lot Combination
Dear Mr. Arias:
The City of Renton has finished reviewing your proposed lot line combination. Please provide the
corrections as noted on the enclosed redlined documents. Additionally, please note that the new
address for the subject property is 375 Rainier Ave S. Please submit the following:
One copy of original signed lot combination documents (with noted corrections) to my
attention at the sixth floor counter of City Hall with a check for $27.29 made out to Delivery
Express, Inc. for the courier fee.
Payment of $171.50 for the recording fees. Please pay this fee at the first floor Finance
Counter at City Hall.
Please verify that the documents have been signed by all owners of record and have been notarized
with an ink stamp (not embossed). The ink stamp must be legible so that King County will promptly
record the lot combination.
This decision to approve the proposed lot combination is subject to a fourteen (14) day appeal period
from the date of this letter. Any appeals of the administrative decision must be filed with the City of
Renton Hearing Examiner by 5:00 pm, August 28, 2019. Appeals must be filed in writing together with
the required fee with: Hearing Examiner, City of Renton, 1055 South Grady Way, Renton, WA 98057.
Appeals to the Examiner are governed by RMC 4-8-110 and information on the appeal process may
be obtained from the City Clerk’s Office, (425) 430-6510.
