Please see the attachments. All Certified Mail has the date, case number and FOV 1 or 2 written on the mailings the day they are sent. The Findings are also sent regular USPS mail.
Prior to assessing fines, two Warning of Violations were sent, March 19, 2019, and May 7, 2019, stating the violations and asking that you bring the property into compliance with city
codes.
March 28, 2019, you requested your compliance date be extended to April 24, 2019. The extension was granted.
Finding of Violation 1 was sent June 10, 2019. The certified mail was returned unclaimed, however, the regular USPS mail was not returned.
Finding of Violation 2 was sent July 9, 2019. The certified mail was returned unclaimed, however, the regular USPS mail was not returned.
As of today the property is still not in compliance. Volvo WA license #AGS8658 expired March 2015. There are two vehicle under tarps and a total of five vehicles on the property. Per
city code there may be four licensed and operable vehicles on the property.
