with the land as to use,present and future,of the described real property
NOW,THEREFORE,the Owner hereby establishes,grants and imposes restrictions and covenants running
with the land hereto attached described with respect to the use by the undersigned his successors,heirs,and
assigns as follows
Installation otOn/Off-sitaimprovements• The owner of the above descnbed property,its
successors,heirs and assigns,hereby agrees and covenants that no sale of any lot in the Short PIat
LUA-98-091-SHPL under King County Recording NoaDeyarikeciel shall take place until
code-required plat improvements have been installed and approved Said improvements shall include
but may not be limited to the installation of storm water drainage,sanitary sewer lines,curb/gutters and
sidewalks,and street paving.
DURATION These covenants shall run with the land and shall remain m ful force until such time as a
subsequent release is recorded with King County upon satisfactory completion of required on/off-site
improvements Any violation or breach of these restrictive covenants may be enforced by proper legal
procedures in the Superior Court of King County by either the City of Renton or any property owners
adjoining subject property who are adversely affected by such breach Attorney's fees are the
responsibility of the owners if enforcement of these restrictive covenants are necessary
