RECITALS
A. The Declarant recorded the Plat of Windsong, Division 1, in Volume 194 of
Plats, pages 80-83, under Recording No. 20000612000413, in King County, Washington and
a Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Reservations for Windsong
(Windsong") under Recording No. 200000612000414, in King County, Washington (the
"Declaration").
B. The Declarant reserved the right to subject certain additional property to the
Declaration by recording a supplemental declaration to the Declaration.
C. The Declarant has recorded the Plat of Windsong, Division 2, in Volume /•9Jof
Plats, pages 32 J.under Recording No . 2 0 0/049/Z00/3/g,, in King County,
Washington.

D. The Declarant now wishes to subject Windsong,Division 2,to the Declaration.
SUPPLEMENTAL DECLARATION
NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to Article XII of the Declaration, the Declarant adopts
this Supplemental Declaration and the following amendments to the Declaration, which shall be
effective upon recording in the Land Records of King County, Washington.
1. Exhibit B. Exhibit B to the Declaration is amended to read in full as attached
hereto in order to describe the Additional Property subjected to the Declaration.
2. Exhibit C. Exhibit C to the Declaration is amended to read in full as attached
hereto to describe any remaining Additional Property that may be subjected to the Declaration.
3. Exhibit D. Exhibit D to the Declaration is amended to read in full as attached
hereto to describe the additional Common Area.
