c covenants running with the land hereto attached described with respect to the use by the undersigned,
his successors,heirs, and assigns as follows:
When the remaining undeveloped property is developed the System Development Charges and Special
c" Assessment District Fees shall be paid. These fees shall be paid at the rates in effect at the time a
formal application is submitted which would invoke the charge with respect to the substantial open
area described as:

Recording Number 20020517900003 records of King County,Washington. Situate in
Section 16,Township 23 North,Range 5 East,W.M.,in the City of Renton,King County,

LESS that portion described on page 3 of this document.
DURATION: These covenants shall not expire. If at any time, System Development Charges or
Special Assessment District Fees are paid on the exempted area pursuant to these covenants,the
portion of the covenants pertaining to the specific exempted area shall terminate by filing and
recording a Partial Satisfaction of Sanitary Sewer Tap,Hook-up,or Connection Charge with King
County.
Any violation or breach of these restrictive covenants may be enforced by proper legal procedures in
the Superior Court of King County by either the City of Renton or any property owners adjoining
subject property who are adversely affected by said breach. Attorney's fees are the responsibility of
the owners if enforcement of these restrictive covenants is necessary. ^®Q V)
