been installed and approved. Said improvements shall include but may not be limited to the installation of street
widening on NE 29th St.;construction of a 20 foot wide private road to serve four lots on the east side;20 feet of
Qpaving on NE 28th St.for a fire access;a sanitary sewer main all on'private property;and storm drainage for the
widening on NE 29th St.and for the private road..
Duration: These covenants shall run with the land and shall remain in full force until such time as a subsequent
release is recorded with King County upon satisfactory completion of required on/off-site improvements.
Any violation or breach of these restrictive covenants may be enforced by proper legal procedures in the Superior
Court of King County by either the City of Renton or any property owners adjoining subject property who are
- adversely affected by said breach.
