SUBJECT: "On Hold" Notice
Dalpay Short Plat, LUA19-000136, SHPL-A, ECF, MOD
Dear Mr. Cleary,
The Planning Division of the City of Renton accepted the above master application for review on July 5, 2019.
During our review, staff has determined that additional information is necessary in order to proceed further.
The following comment/revision will need to be addressed before November 14, 2019, so that we may continue
the review of the above subject application:
The provided stream study is inconsistent with the recorded Windstone Division 5 plat map (attached),
which indicates the presence of one wetland to the northwest of the project site. In addition, the provided
plan set, prepared by Goldsmith Land Development Services, identifies wetlands within the existing critical
area tract. Please provide a revised critical area study that clarifies the conflicting information regarding
the presence of wetlands and wetland buffers on or off the project site and update plan sets accordingly.
At this time, your project has been placed “on hold” pending receipt of the requested information. The maximum
time for resubmittal shall be within ninety (90) days of this notice. Please contact me at (425) 430-7312 if you
