This office has reviewed the proposed"Release,of Restrictive Covenant" and has discussed the
matter with the City Attorney
After reviewing the`current information as well as the previous record,it appears that the
covenants as written and executed are no longer applicable: `Froni the City's point of view,the
covenants should be dissolved in order to allow this property to de velop under the current zoning
provisions of the City.
Therefore,this,letter should be read to provide that the City has no interest in preserving the
covenants, and that unless otherthird parties have objections.the covenants may be ended.
