1.) THE CONTRACTOR SHALL TAKE ALL NECESSARY SAFETY PRECAUTIONS TO PROTECT THE PUBLIC AND PREVENT NUISANCES WHILE PERFORMING
CONSTRUCTION WORK ON THIS PROJECT.
