3. It shall be the contractors responsibility to verify the true and
correct locations of all existing utilities shown, so as to avoid damage

4. All side sewers shall be laid on a 22 minimum grade, and small be at
a minimun depth Or 5 feet at property line.
5. The top of manholes within right -of -ways shall not be adjusted to
final grade until just prior to paving.
' 6. All sanitary sewer pipe to be concrete, non - reinforced, �an ,-miming to
ASTM C14, Class 2. Alternate to be PVC plastic pipe conforming to '-' -'t ;
D 3034. Rubber gaskets for concrete pipe shall meet ASTM 0443 standards.
Rubber gaskets for PVC pipe shall meet ASTM 1969 standards. Pipe bedding
to be class "C" according to AP',!A Std. Plan Mo. 62.

9. The contractor shall be responsible for T.V. inspection of the sewer
system using an approved T.V. system. Video tapes shall be submitted to
the City showing the T.V. inspection work.
