NOTES
1. All type 2 CB's shall have solid locking lids.
2. Type 1 CB profiles are along pipe lines.
3. All CB grates shall be set 0.1 feet below
adjacent ground level.
4. Adjust Type 1 CB's to locate at low points,
in flow lines, and to clear existing utilites.
5. Contractor shall restore all landscaping,
planting, surfacing, and structures disturbed
by construction.
UTILITY NOTE:
The Contractor shall be responsible for verifying
the location, dimension, and depth of all existing
utilities within the project, whether shown on these
plans or not, by potholing the utilities and surveying
the vertical and horizontal location prior to construction.
The utilites shown on the plans are based upon the
unverified public infornotion and nre subject to variation.
If conflicts occur the Contractor shall consult the
project engineer to resolve the problem prior to
proceeding with construction.
