95% OF MAXIMUM DENSITY. THESE COMPACTED LAYERS MUST EXTEND
FOR ONE PIPE DIAMETER ON EACH SIDE OF THE PIPE OR TO THE
r SIDE OF THE TRENCH. MATERIALS TO COMPLETE THE FILL OVER PIPE
