Install new camera controller cabinet and other accessories required to make the CCTV system functional per ITS Details on ITO 12 and ITO 13 and Standard Specifications. Controller cabinet installation shall include mounting the cabinet on its foundation, terminating power Cables, grounding the cabinet and terminating communications cables. Install video and data transmitter and single mode fiber optic patch cord from fiber optic patch panel to transmitter. 47. Install new conduit(s) into existing junction box. 48. Trench in existing paved areas per plan Details on ITO 10. Install new NMS PVC schedule ea conduit. 49. Maintain and protect existing advance warning ramp meter pole and beacon. 50. Maintain and protect existing ES cabinet. Install a new 12 -port patch panel and terminate 1 -6 SMFO cable from CC-617. 51. Install a new 36 -port patch panel and terminate mainline fiber distribution cable per Fiber Splice Details. 52. Install a new 54 -port patch panel and terminate 1 -6 SMFO lateral to ES- 616R /D, existing 1 -6 SMFO lateral to S 156th St & W Valley Hwy signal controller cabinet, and mainline distribution cable per Fiber Splice Detials. 53. Install 2 duplex FC -LC single -mode patch cords between the patch panel in the CC cabinet and the RMC40 switch in the VMS cabinet. Install manufactured provided VMS communication cable to VMS. 54. Install 2 duplex FC -LC single -mode patch cords between the patch panel in the CC /HAR cabinet and the RMC40 switch in the ES cabinet. 55. Install 2 duplex FC -LC single -mode patch cords between the patch panel in the CC /HAR cabinet and the RMC40 switch in the VMS cabinet. Install manufactured provided VMS communication cable to VMS. 56. Install new cable vault outside of paved area per WSDOT Standard Plan J -15b and Standard Specifications. Coil and rack a minimum of 50-feet of each new cable installed in cable vault. 57. Install conduit under the existing pavement using an approved directional boring method per Special Provisions. 66. Remove pull box. backfill, and patch to match existing pavement depth and material. Abandon existing cable and conduits. 67. Install foundation for a double wide fiber terminal cabinet per Cabinet Foundation Details on ITD 21 and Standard Specifications. 68. Remove existing junction box and replace with new split cable vault. Maintain and protect existing conduits and loop lead -ins to remain. Coil and rack a minimum of 50 -feet of each new cable Installed In box. 69. See Illumination Plans for continuation of the power conductors between the ramp meter flashing warning beacon and ES-622D cabinet. 70. Remove existing junction box and replace with a new Type 7 junction box outside of poved area per WSOOT Standard Plan J -]lc and Standard Specifications. Maintain and protect existing conduits and cables. 71. Pull out loop leod -in cables for - MS -X -2, AMS - - -1 and AMS --- 2 loops from existing ES -622D and route to new ES cabinet. 72. New CCTV -611 camera is state - furnished. 73. Install new CCTV camera, cable, camera pole and foundation, and other accessories required to make the CCTV system functional per ITS Details on ITD 11 and Standard Specifications. 74. Install new conduits into existing cable vaults. Patch entry holes with water tight seal around new conduit upon completion of work. T5. Install conduit stubout into paved shoulder to the traveled way side of barrier for loop detectors installed in outside lanes. 76. Core drill existing foundation for new conduits. 77. Install foundation per Cabinet Foundation Details on ITS 28 and Standard Specifications 78 58. Remove existing cable vault and install new split cable vault with heavy duty lid oriented so the 79 south side wall of the box is flush with southern most existing mainline ITS conduit per ITS Vault Replacement Detail on ITO 25A. Coil and rack a minimum of 50 -feet of each new cable insfolled in 80 box. 59. Intercept existing pull box with new conduit(s). Coil and rack a minimum of 50 -feet of each new cable installed in pull box. 60. Install a new 12 -port patch panel and terminate 1 -6 SMFO cable from the FTC preterminated patch panel stub in cable vault. 61. Install new double -wide 334 fiber terminal cabinet per ITS Details on ITO 22 and Standard Specifications. See ITO 18 for fiber patch panel installation. Disconnect and remove communication cables shown on the ITS Distribution Diagram on ITD 3 from the existing Renton Hub then reinstall and reconnect in the new FTC as directed by WSDOT ITS engineer. Provide WSDOT ITS engineer 30 business days notice prior to relocating equipment. 62. Remove existing loop lead -in cable(sl and splice new loop lead -in cables) to the existing loop wires. Maintain and protect existing junction box. 63. Splice 1 -36 SMFO to the 2 -48 SMFO distribution cables in the cable vault per Fiber Splice Details on ITO 9 and provide splice enclosure. 64. Intercept existing condult(sl and extend or sweep with the some size and type conduit into new pull box. 65. Remove existing cable vault. Install new split pull box oriented so the north side well of the box is flush with northern most existing mainline ITS conduit entering from the west per ITS Vault Replacement Detail on ITD 24. Extend all conduits (except the five that route into the barrier which can be abandoned) from the existing cable vault into the new pull box. Innerducts in the 2 -3" mainline ITS conduits entering from the east do not need to be extended. These conduits will be abandoned at the end of the project. Poo ll and patch to match existing pavement depth and material around the new pull box. Coil and rack a minimum of 50-feet of each new cable installed in box. P = Intercept existing 2.5" conduit to ES -612D cabinet and sweep into new junction box. Install new wide loop vehicle detectors per Wide Loop Detail on ITO 6 and Standard Specifications. Install new Modified Wide Loop vehicle detectors in speed -trap configuration per Details on ITD 6, ITD 7, ITD 8 and Standard Specifications.
