Coil and rack a minimum of 50 -feet of each new cable installed in pull box. 6. Install pull box during interim, Coil 100 -feet of each cable installed in pull box for final installation. 7® Install new NMC PVC schedule 40 conduit. 8o Install new NMC PVC schedule 80 conduit. 90 Install conduit under the existing pavement using an approved directional boring method per Special Provisions° 10o Maintain and protect existing junction box. 110 Maintain and protect existing ull box, Coil 250 -feet of loop lead -in cable for final installation of permanent loops. See Interim roop Placement Details, 12o Maintain and protect existing pull box. Coil and rack a minimum of 50 -feet of each new cable installed in cable vault. 13o Maintain and protect existing cable vault. Coil and rack a minimum of 50 -feet of each new cable installed in cable vault, 14® Terminate 1 -36 SMFO cable and 1 -12 SMFO cable in the termination anel of the fiber optic terminal cabinet installed by others. Land all fibers as directed by WSDO ITS engineer using factory - connectorized FC -UPC connectors. 15o Install foundation per Cabinet Foundation Details on ITD 22 and ITD 1 -2 in Design Package 45 and Standard Specifications. 16o Terminate the 1 -12 SMFO and the 1 -6 SMFO in a new 36 port SMFO patch panel. 17o Install new 48OV- 120/24OV, transformer and cabinet for ITS equipment per Transformer Details ITD 20 and Standard Specifications. See Illumination Sheets for continuation of power. 18o Install new RuggedCom RMC30 Serial -to- Ethernet converter in cabinet, Install serial cable from the converter to the C2 port on the 170 controller.. Install Cat6 cable from RMC30 converter to RMC40 switch. 190 Install new RuggedCom RMC40 Ethernet switch, 20o Install new fiber optic termination patch panel (36 port) and additional matching fiber distribution components as needed (e.g., splice trays, patch cords and six packs) per Special Provisions. 210 Terminate 2 -36 SMFO cables in the termination panel usin factory- connectorized FC -UPC connectors. Install 4 single -mode patch cords between the patch pane and the RMC40 switch in the cabinet and the RMC40 in all other cabinets on the some shared foundation. 22o Install new CCTV camera, cable, camera pole, controller cabinet and other accessories required to make the CCTV system functional per ITS Details ITD i.4 -16 and Standard Specifications, Controller cabinet installation shall include mounting the cabinet on its foundation, terminating power cables, grounding the cabinet and terminating communications cables, Install video and data transmitter and single mode fiber optic patch cord from fiber optic patch panel to transmittero 23o Install new 334 series ES control cabinet rr ITS Details ITD 17 -19, and Standard SpecificationsInstallation shall include mounting the ca net on its foundation, terminating power cables, grounding the cabinet and terminating communications cables. 24o Install new 334 series VMS control cabinet per Standard Specifications. Install new Type 4 junction box or pull box with heavy duty lid per WSDOT Standard Plan J -11b, J -15a and Standard Specifications. 37a Install new Type 5 junction box or pull box with heavy duty lid per WSDOT Standard Plan J -11b, J -15a and Standard Specifications. 38o Install RMC40 switch in the controller cabinet and connect to RMC30 in VMS si n with outdoor rated CAT 6 cable. Furnish serial cable to connect from the RMC30 to the controller® WS OT will make the final connection to the controller. 390 Run interim coiled fiber optic cable to new ES or camera control cabinet® 40o Contact City of Renton Traffic Signal Maintenance Shop (425) 430 -7423 three days prior to any work inside this cabinet. Terminate 1 -6 SMFO cable in existin ron tch Panel in the existing traffic signal controller cabinet. Install new RuggedCom RMC40 Ethernet swi c the upper east side of cabinet using din rail spanning the vertical struts. Furnish two FC /LC UPC SMFO duplex 1 ®5 meter patch cords and one 3' CAT 6 cable. in the cabinet for WSDOT ITS engineer to make final connection. 410 Relocate 334 series toll cabinet and transformer cabinet to final location and remove foundation, Coil 20- feet of cab I e from the enforcement s i gno I, and I oop I ead- i ns i n bottom of to I I cab i net for future termination by others. 42o Install new 1 -36 SMFO cable to existing Renton HUB® Provide enough coiled slack in cable to relocate to future fiber terminal cabinet without splicing. Land all fibers as directed by WSDOT ITS engineer in the termination panel using factory- connectorized FC -UPC connectors. 43o Install new monotube cantilever sign structure and foundation per Monotube Sign Structure No. 10 details® 44o Intercept existing conduits without damaging existing cable and route into new junction box 45o Intercept and extend existing conduit(s) with the some size and type conduit(s). 46o Intercept existing pull box with new conduit(s)® 47. Intercept existing junction box with new conduit(s)® 48o Splice new loop lead -in cable for each existing northbound loop® Run new loop lead - in cables to new ES cabinet. 490 Coil 100 -feet of VMS power conductors in the junction box and nearby junction boxes as needed for forward compatibility, 50. Coil 100 -feet of fiber optic cable and VMS communication cable in the pull box for forward compatibi I ityo 510 Remove existing transformer cabinet and conflicting anchor bolts® Install new 480V- 120/24OV, transformer and cabinet on existin foundation for ITS equipment per Transformer Details ITD 20 and Standard Specifications. See I lamination Sheets for continuation of power® 52o Trench in existing paved areas per Shoulder Trench Detail on ITD 24o Install new NMC PVC schedule 80 conduit. 530 Install Type 2 junction box during interim® Coil 50 -feet of each cable installed in junction box for final installation. 54. Install conduit stub out in gore area. 55o Install two new RuggedCom RMC40 Ethernet switches. 56. Install two new loop amplifiers in existing ES cabinet® 57o Install 2 duplex FC -LC single -mode patch cords between the patch panel in the camera control cabinet and the RMC40 switch in the ES cabinet.
