ALL WORK SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RENTON STANDARDS COMPRISED OF THE WASHINGTON STATE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION ( WSDOT) STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS FOR ROAD, BRIDGE AND MUNICIPAL CONSTRUCTION, THE REFERENCED WSDOT STANDARD PLANS FOR ROAD AND BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION, STANDARD PLANS CREATED BY THE CITY OF RENTON, THE CITY OF RENTON SUPPLEMENTAL SPECIFICATIONS AND THESE PLANS. 2. REFER TO CORE DESIGN PLANS FOR NEW CURB, GUTTER, SIDEWALK, CHANNELIZATION, UTILITIES AND ROAD WIDENING IMPROVEMENTS. 3. THE LOCATIONS OF FEATURES SHOWN ARE APPROXIMATE AND SHALL BE VERIFIED IN THE FIELD BY THE CONTRACTOR AS NECESSARY. 4. INSTALL ALL TRAFFIC SIGNAL MATERIALS SHOWN ON THE PLANS, EXCEPT AS NOTED. ALL MATERIALS SHALL BE NEW AND OF THE BEST AVAILABLE GRADE OR QUALITY, EXCEPT AS NOTED. 5. ALL WORK SHALL BE CONSISTENT WITH AFFECTED UTILITY AGENCY REQUIREMENTS. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL CONTACT ALL PERTINENT UTILITY AGENCIES 48 HOURS BEFORE COMMENCING WORK, AND SHALL COORDINATE THE WORK WITH UTILITIES THROUGHOUT THE PROJECT. 6. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO EXISTING UTILITIES. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY THE AFFECTED UTILITY COMPANY AND THE CITY IMMEDIATELY UPON DAMAGE. DO a� Z ° 7.
