CONVEYANCE OF EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That EARL W. PRICE and MYRNA A. PRICE, his wife, and
DONALD B. TRUDEAU and PANSY M. TRUDEAU, his wife, between them
constituting the total fee ownership of land in Lot 9 and 10,
Block 30,'Earlington Acre Tracts, according to plat recorded in
V61ume 15 of Plats, I>aar% 84 King County, Washington, do hereby
grant and convey unto the City of Renton, a municipal Corporation,
tof the State of Washington, an casement for utility lines over,
through and across the following described real estate:
The South 15 feet and the East 10 feet of

The easement herein granted shall include the right
of installation, -imintenance and repair. However, in each case

of King County, Washington, described as follows:
Commencing at the North West corner of said Lot 10; thence South along
the West line of said Lot 10, 80.00 feet to the true point of beginning;
thence continuing South along said West line 80.00 feet; thence East,
parallel to the North line of said Lot 10, 100.00 feet; thence North,
parallel to the West line of said Lot 10, 80.00 feet; thence West,
parallel to the North line of said Lot 10, 100.00 feet to the true
point of beginning.
