ALL SIDE SEWWERS SHALL BE LAID ON A 2% MINIMUM GRADE, AND SHALL BE AT A MINIMUM DEPTH OF 5 FEET AT PROPERTY LINE. 5. THE TOP OF MANHOLES WITHIN RIGHT -OS -WAYS SHALL NOT BE ADJUSTED TO FINAL GRADE UNTIL AFTER PAVING. 6. ALL SANITARY SEWER PIPE TO BE CONCRETE, NON - REINFORCED, CONFORMLNG TO ASTM C14, CLASS 2. ALTERNATE TO BE PVC PLASTIC PIPE CONFORMING TO ASTM 0 3031. RUBBER GASKETS FOR CONCRETE PIPE SHALL ?tEET ASTM C443 STANDARDS. RUBBER GASKETS FOR PVC PIPE SHALL MEET ASTM 1869 STANDARDS. PIPE BEDDING TO BE GLASS "C" ACCORDING TO APWA STD. PLAN NO. 62 FOR PVC. BEDDING SHALL BE PEA GRAVEL 6" OVER AND UNDER PIPE. 7. MANHOLES TO BE PER,APWA MANHOLE STD. PLAN NO. 34. 8. IT SHALL BE THE CONTRACTORS RESPONSIBILITY TO SECURE ALL NECESSARY PERMITS PRIOR TO START OF CONSTRUCTION. 9. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR T.V.
