BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF BARGHAUSEN CONSULTING ENGINEERS, INC.
4. A REPRESENTATIVEFOR THE SOILS ENGINEER SHALL BE AVAILABLE TO OBSERVE AND APPROVE THE
EARTHWORK OPERATIONS AND TO VERIFY FIELD CONDITIONS AS WORK PROCEEDS. THE SOILS
ENGINEER SHALL SUBMIT FIELD REPORTS CERTIFYING THAT THE METHODS AND MATERIALS OF THE
