GENERAL NOTES:
1. THE LOCATIONS AND ELEVATIONS OF EXISTING WATER LINES SHALL YE
VERIFIED BY EXCAVATION BEFORE CONSTRUCTION START.

OF ALL EXISTING WAY" ONES.

4. CAUTION- EXTREME- HAZARD- OVERHEAD ELECTRCAL SERVICE LINES ARE
NOT SHOWN ON THE DRAMINGS. THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
DETERMINING THE EXTENT OF ANY HAZARD CREATED BY OVERHEAD ELECTRICAL
POWER IN ALL AREAS AND SMALL FOLLOW PROCEDURES DURING
CONSTRUCTION AS REQUIRED BY LAW AND REGULATION. PRIOR TO
CONSTRUCTION, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL MEET WITH UTILITY OWNERS AND

TEMPORARY EROSION CONTROL NOTES:
I. APPROVAL OF A TEMPORARY EROSION/SEDRENTATIGN CONTROL PLAN (TESCP)
DOES NOT CONSTITUTE AN APPROVAL OF PERMANENT ROAD OR DRAINAGE
DESIGN I.E. SIZE AND LOCATION OF ROADS, PIPES, RESTRICTORS, CHANNELS,
RETENTION FACILITIES, UTILITIES, ELL.).
2. THE TESCP FACILITIES SHALL BE INSPECTS DALY BY THE APPLICANT /CONTRACTOR
AND MAINTAINED AS NECESSARY TO ENSURE THEXR CONTINUED FUNCTIONING
(KCC 9.04.050 92).
1 STABILIZED CONSTRUCTION ENTRANCES AND WASH PADS SHALL BE INSTALLED AT
THE BEGINNING OF CONSIRUCTION AND MAINTAINED FOR THE DURATION OF THE
PROJECT. ADDITIONAL MEASURES MAY BE REQUIRED TO ENSURE THAT ALL PAVED
AREAS ARE KEPT CLEAN FOR THE DURATION OF THE PROJECT (RCW 46.51.655).

FUNCTION ULTIMATELY AS AN INFILTRATION OR DISPERSION SYSTEM, THE FACILTY
SHALL NOT BE USED AS A TEMPORARY SEI IMO BASH. NO UNDERGROUND
DETENTION TANKS OR VAULTS SHALL BE USED AS A TEMPORARY SETTLING BASIN.
S. WHERE SEEDING FOR TEMPORARY EROSION CONTROL IS REOUIREO. FAST GERMINATING
GRASSES SMALL BE APPLIED AT AN APPROPRIATE RATE.
6. WHERE STRAW MULCH FOR TEMPORARY EROSION CONTROL IS REQUIRED, IT SHALL
BE APPLIED AT A MINIMUM THMESS OF TOD (2) NOES
7. THE APPLICANT /CONTRACTOR SHALL DESIGN AND CONSTRUCT SEDIMENT TRAPS AS
REQUIRED BY AND IN ACCORDANCE LATH SECTION 5.4.4. OF THE KCAWDM.
