OF THE EASEMENT AREA ENFORCEABLE ON BEHALF OF THE PUBLIC BY THE CITY
OF RENTON, TO LEAVE UNDISTURBED ALL TREES AND OTHER VEGETATION WITHIN
THE EASEMENT AREA. THE VEGETATION WITHIN THE NGPE MAY NOT BE CUT,
PRUNED, COVERED BY FILL, REMOVED OR DAMAGED, WITHOUT EXPRESS WRITTEN
PERMISSION FROM THE CITY OF RENTON. THE RIGHT OF ENTRY GRANTED HEREIN
SHALL APPLY TO THE AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES AND EMPLOYEES OF THE
OWNERS OR SUBSEQUENT OWNERS OF THE UNDERLYING PROPERTY.
