BEFORE ANY CONSTRUCTION OR DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITY OCCURS, A PRECONSTRUCTION MEETING MUST BE HELD WITH THE CITY OF RENTON'S PUBLIC WORKS DESIGN ENGINEER. 0 2.
