6. DURING THE TIME PERIOD OF OCTOBER 1 ST THROUGH APRIL 30TH,
ALL PROJECT DISTRIBUTED SOIL AREAS GREATER THAN 5,000
SQUARE FEET, THAT ARE TO BE LEFT UN—WORKED FOR MORE
THAN 12 HOURS, SHALL BE COVERED BY MULCH, SODDING OR
PLASTIC COVERING.
