We had some organizational problems getting the project going, but we are very near to filing an annexation, rezone and site plan application. When the application is prepared, I will have our zoning consultant, Ron McConnell of Mcconnell/Burke, cal you for an appointment. We think we have a well planned project and I have heard many positive responses from residents and business people in our area. We are convinced that the project will be an asset to Renton and the long term property values within our annexation will be close to 35 million dollars.
