Thank you for your letter of February 16, 1987 regarding
the matter of our proposed southeast Renton Estates
Annexation. I appreciate your interest.
We had some organizational problems getting the project
going, but we are very near to filing an annexation,
rezone and site plan application. When the application
is prepared, I will have our zoning consultant, Ron
McConnell of Mcconnell/Burke, cal you for an appointment.
We think we have a well planned project and I have heard
many positive responses from residents and business
people in our area. We are convinced that the project
will be an asset to Renton and the long term property
values within our annexation will be close to 35 million
dollars.
I would guess at this point that we will be in with the
application in about four to six weeks.

be submitting a plan for annexation, rezone, and site plan
in about four to six weeks.

We are not sure who the architect is going to be yet, but
