SECTION III: The City has completed negotiations with all bargaining units, with the exception of the commissioned unit of the Police Guild. The 1994 Budget includes the expenditure authority to meet the cost of living (COLA) parameters of the agreements. These include, but are not limited to, a two percent COLA increase for the Mayor and other non-represented employees, firefighters, Battalion Chiefs, and non-commissioned unit of the Police Guild, and COLA and other contract changes for members of the 21-R bargaining unit. SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall be effective upon its passage, approval, and five days after publication. PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 2 5 th day of April, 1994.
