RESOLUTION NO. 3363
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
AUTHORIZING THE TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF LOGAN AVENUE
SOUTH BETWEEN S. 2ND STREET AND S. 3RD STREET FOR
RECONSTRUCTION.
WHEREAS, Logan Avenue South is scheduled for reconstruction between S. 2nd Street
and S. 3rd Street; and
WHEREAS, this construction activity will require a temporary street closure of Logan
Avenue South between S. 2nd Street and S. 3rd Street for a period of approximately three
months; and
WHEREAS, this street work has been scheduled to begin December 1, 1998 to March 1,
1999; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to City Code Section 9-9-3 the City Council is to authorize such
closures by means of a Resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The above recitals are found to be true and correct in all respects.
SECTION H. The City Council does hereby authorize the closure of Logan Avenue
South between S. 2nd Street and S. 3rd Street for a period of approximately three months
beginning December 1, 1998 to March 1, 1999 for reconstruction.
