HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 3065 CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON RESOLUTION NO. 3065 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, APPROVING FINAL PLAT (SUNSET HILLS/JOHNSON CONTRACTORS CORPORATION; FILE NO. FP-94-040) WHEREAS, a petition for the approval of a final plat for the subdivision of a certain tract of land as hereinafter more particularly described, located within the City of Renton, has heretofore been duly approved by the Hearing Examiner; and WHEREAS, after due investigation the Hearing Examiner has considered and recommended the approval of said final plat, and such approval being deemed proper and advisable and in the public interest; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS : SECTION I. The final plat heretofore submitted and approved by the Hearing Examiner pertaining to the following described real estate, to wit: See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth (Property, 7 . 32 acres, is located at N.E . 24th Street, east of Jones Avenue) be and the same is hereby approved as such plat, subject to the laws and ordinances of the City of Renton, and subject to the findings, conclusions, and decision of the Hearing Examiner dated May 10, 1994, and subject further to restrictive covenants filed under King County Auditor ' s File No. 9406130367 , and which said covenants are hereby incorporated and made a part hereof as if fully set forth. 1 RESOLUTION NO. 3065 PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 13th day of June , 1994 .
