RESOLUTION NO. 3080
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, FIXING A
TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING ON THE FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL
FOR LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 335 (SIERRA HEIGHTS) ,
AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICE THEREOF BE GIVEN IN THE MANNER
REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the final assessment roll for Local Improvement
District No. 335 (Sierra Heights) , which was created and established
by Ordinance No. 4368, has been prepared as provided by law and is
on file with the City Clerk, and it is necessary to fix the date for
a hearing thereon before .the City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RENTON WASHINGTON, as follows :
_SECTION I. A public hearing on the final assessment roll
for Local Improvement District No. 335 (Sierra Heights ) will be held
before the City Council at 7 : 30 P.M. , local time, in the Council
Chambers, City Hall, Renton, Washington on August 22, 1994 .
SECTION II. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to cause notice to be given both by mailing and publication as
required by law, unless such notices are waived by the owners of all
of the property within Local Improvement District No. 335 .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 25th day of July , 1994 .
