RESOLUTION NO. 3085
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
RESCHEDULING THE TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING ON THE FINAL
ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 335
(SIERRA HEIGHTS) , AND DIRECTING THAT NOTICE THEREOF BE
GIVEN IN THE MANNER REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the final assessment roll for Local Improvement
District No. 335 ( Sierra Heights) , which was created and established

by Ordinance No. 4368, has been prepared as provided by law and is
on file with the City Clerk, and it is necessary to fix the date for
a hearing thereon before the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the hearing was scheduled for August 22 , 1994 by
Resolution No. 3080 but must be continued;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RENTON WASHINGTON, as follows :
SECTION I. A public hearing on the final assessment roll
for Local Improvement District No. 335 (Sierra Heights) will be held
before the City Council at 7 : 30 P.M. , local time, in the Council
Chambers, City Hall, Renton, Washington on September 12, 1994 .
SECTION II. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to cause notice to be given both by mailing and publication as
required .by law, unless such notices are waived by the owners of all
of the property within Local Improvement District No. 335 .
