RESOLUTION NO. 2955
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, APPROVING
FINAL PLAT (RIVER RIDGE FINAL PLAVLAKERIDGE DEVELOPMENT,
INC. ; FILE NO. FP-92-179)
WHEREAS, a petition for the approval of a final plat for the
subdivision of a certain tract of land as hereinafter more
particularly described, located within the City of Renton, has
heretofore been duly approved by the Hearing Examiner; and
WHEREAS, after due investigation the Hearing Examiner has

considered and recommended the approval of said final plat, an such

approval being deemed proper and advisable and in the public
interest;
NOW, : -THEREFORE-, THE: CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON, .DO .ORDAI.N. AS .FOLLOWS:
SECTION I.. The ,final .p:lat heretofore .submitted: a.nd. approved
by the Hearing Examiner ..pertainirrg tothe following described, real.
estate, to wit:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as
if fully set forth
(Property, approximately 6 . 89 acres, is located at South
Seventh Street and Jones Avenue South)
be and the same is hereby approved as such plat, subject to .the laws
and ordinances of the City of Renton, and subject to the findings,
conclusions, and decision of the Hearing Examiner dated. 'February 15,
1993 .

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
THAT PORTION OF THE WEST HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION
17, TOWNSHIP 23 NORTH, RANGE 5 EAST, W.M., KING COUNTY, WASHINGTON,
DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF
SAID SECTION 17; THENCE NORTHERLY ALONG THE WEST LINE THEREOF A
DISTANCE OF 500 FEET MORE OR LESS; THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG A
LINE TO A POINT ON THE SOUTH LINE OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SAID
SECTION 17, WHICH POINT LIES 1200 FEET MORE OR LESS EAST OF, AS
MEASURED ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SECTION, FROM THE SOUTHWEST
