HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 2670 f ' CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON RESOLUTION NO. 2670 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON APPROVING FINAL PLAT (HENDERSON HOMES , INC. FP-093-86) WHEREAS a petition for the approval of a final plat for the subdivision of a certain tract of land as hereinafter more particularly described, located within the City of Renton, has heretofore been duly considered by the Hearing Examiner and denied; and WHEREAS upon appeal to the City Council , the City Council has reviewed the requirements of the final plat and found that those requirements have been met, subject to conditions; and WHEREAS approval of the .final plat being deemed proper and advisable, and in the public interest, NOW THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON , WASHINGTON DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I: The final plat heretofore submitted and approved by the City Council, pertaining to the following described real estate, to-wit: See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth. (Property located at 2200-2300 Block of Duvall Ave. NE) be and the same is hereby approved as such plat, subject to the laws and ordinances of the City of Renton, and subject to the four conditions set forth on the Planning and Development Committee Report dated January 22 , 1987 . -1- RESOLUTION NO. 2670 PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 9th day of February, 1987 .
