RESOLUTION NO. 2619 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING SIGNATURES FOR THE MUNICIPAL COURT AND MUNICIPAL COURT WITNESS FEE REVOLVING FUND ACCOUNT AT RAINIER NATIONAL BANK. WHEREAS the City of Renton here.tofore entered into a certain agreement with Rainier National Bank for the furnishing of demand deposit: accounts and other commercial banking services required by the City of Renton, and WHEREAS said Bank has been designated to be the City's demand account depository for the City of Renton for a period of three (3) years, and WHEREAS two of said accounts are designated as the City's "Municipal. Court Account" and "Municipal Court Witness Fee Revolving Fund Account", and WHEREAS the City wishes to designate certain parties to be authorized to sign and execute the checks, drafts, and similar instruments on said accounts, NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I: The following parties are hereby authorized to draw, execute, and sign checks and drafts on the "Municipal Court Account" and the "Municipal Court Witness Fee Revolving Fund Account" at Rainier National Bank, in the name of the City of Renton, Municipal Court, and signed by two of the following officials of the City of Renton: Municipal Court Judge - Roger I. Lewis Municipal Court Administrator - Darlene Allen Acting Finance Director - W. E. Bennett Said named officials of the City of Renton are further authorized to endorse any such checks, drafts, or other instruments made payable to the Municipal Court of the City of Renton for the purpose of depositing same into the above- named accounts. -1- CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON RESOLUTION NO. 2619 - Continued PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 16th day of September, 1985.
