RESOLUTION NO. 2622
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
PROVIDING FOR TRANSFER OF FUNDS FOR WATER AND
SEWER CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS.
WHEREAS, Water and Sewer Utility Connection Charge revenues,
accounted for in Cumulative Reserve Fund No. 3665, are to be used as
a resource for Water and Sewer Capital Improvement Projects, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the 1985 Water and Sewer
Capital Improvement Program as required by Ordinance #3665; list
attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof as if fully
set forth, and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3949 did appropriate $134,000 to said
Cumulative Reserve, and the total amount now available is $374,000, and
WHEREAS, it is now necessary to provide for the transfer of $374 ,000
from Cumulative Reserve Fund #3665 to the Water and Sewer Construction
Fund, and such transfer being necessary and in the public interest and
for the public benefit , NOW THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
Section I : The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and
directed to make the following transfers:
Cumulative Reserve Fund #3665 - decrease Ending Fund Balance
Appropriation and increase Operating Transfers-Out Appropriation:
