RESOLUTION NO. 2532
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
PROVIDING FOR TRANSFER OF FUNDS
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to transfer the
below-specified funds to provide for the purchase of Lot 1, Block 1,
Heather Downs II , plus the remaining sewer assessment against the
property, and construction of retention pond in Heather Downs, and
such transfer being necessary and in the public interest and for
the public benefit , NOW THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I : The Director of Finance is hereby authorized
and directed to make the following transfer:
FROM: Cumulative Reserve Fund #3661
(Real Estate Excise Tax) (Operating Transfers-Out)
